EasyGo & Tritium Add The Latest DC Fast Chargers Into Telephone Kiosk Infrastructure Across Ireland
[Amsterdam, Netherlands, December 10, 2020]– EasyGo, the largest private car charging network provider in Ireland, and Tritium, a global leader in DC fast charging technology for electric vehicles (EVs) have today announced the deployment of DC Electric Vehicle Rapid Chargers replacing up to 180 eir telephone kiosks nationwide.
The deployment of Tritium’s DC Fast chargers was built in partnership with EasyGo, and is a welcomed step forward to accelerate widespread electric vehicle adoption.

With an increasing demand for public charging infrastructure, Tritium has been working in collaboration with Easygo, to develop a scalable solution that can be installed quickly, meeting the needs of public environments for easy-to-access reliable charge points.

The deployment will include both Tritium’s RT50 and RTM range of DC rapid chargers, designed to accommodate the quick installation & ease of service over the lifetime of the hardware in the field.
As the growth of EV market continues, this deployment will enable all communities, including those in rural areas to charge confidently, as well as providing customers access to rapid DC charging capabilities in their area.
