Vince Pecora

General Counsel and Company Secretary

Vincent M. Pecora is Tritium’s General Counsel and Company Secretary and leads the Company’s legal department. Vince collaborates closely with professionals on the Company’s Board of Directors and executive team and across all Company functions to further strategic and business objectives while minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.

Vince has nearly 20 years of corporate legal and transaction experience.  Prior to joining Tritium, he served in various legal and business capacities for U.S. publicly traded and Fortune 500 technology companies, including, most recently, Amkor Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMKR), a semiconductor services company, where he served as Vice President, Securities and Governance, and Assistant Corporate Secretary, and in various roles within the law departments of ON Semiconductor Corporation (Nasdaq: ON) and Viad Corp (NYSE: VVI).

Vince holds an B.A. in History, cum laude, from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.  He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Michigan.
