Tritium guarantees its Products will be free from manufacturing defects during the Warranty Period. Unless explicitly specified within a relevant executed supply agreement or purchase order with Tritium, Tritium’s standard Warranty will automatically apply to the provision of the Products as described below for orders accepted after the date of this Warranty Statement.
